How do I know that you have received my order?

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email for the order placed. The receipt will include your order number and the details of the goods ordered.

 

Can I make changes to my order?

No, once an order has been placed, you cannot make changes to your order. As soon as an order is confirmed, the order processing starts, so no alterations can be done.

 

If I feel that my personal details are wrong after I have completed the ordering process, what will happen?

If you believe that your personal details are incorrect for the placed order, please contact our customer service team at +91 7428871990 or at care@dorbby.com, to make the necessary changes.

 

If I need to cancel my order?

Orders cannot be changed once order confirmation has been sent. We strongly recommend you use a recorded delivery service. If you have placed a pre-order and you decide to cancel your order, please call +91 7428871990 to speak to one of our customer service representatives.

 

How much should I pay for posting and packing for my order?

 Delivery charges vary for each order, depending on ordered items & the country you live in. For more information on delivery fees, please click here.

 

How long will delivery take?

 Once the order has been confirmed, it takes up to 14 days for the delivery of the package.

 

What if I need to return an item?

 We cannot imagine that when you go all out & about to order something on Dorbby, you would want to return anything back! But, if there is a likelihood that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the item is not as per your taste, you can return them within 14 days of dispatch.

The item needs to be in its original salable condition. Please note the non-returnable items are lingerie, beauty & personal care products, inner wear, and personal hygiene products. These products once delivered will not be returned, cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

 

How do I return an item?

To successfully return an item, please go through the following procedure:

•        Complete and separate the return note on your dispatch note and add it together with your return item within your parcel. The goods returned without this information cannot be processed.

•        Close the return label and attach it outside your parcel

•        Post the item back to us. Please note that Dorbby does not offer pre-paid postal returns. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service and keep proof of your mailing.

 

How long will it take to get my refund?

After receiving a return initiation confirmation email, please allow us upto 10 working days to process the refund. Your refund will be deposited in the same card or the payment mode used while purchasing the item.


What amount do I need to return?

Delivery charges are non-refundable (in the situation below or in case of absence of your item is defective or wrong in delivery, in these cases, we will refund the original delivery fee) so that you will be returned the full value of the item. Reduced delivery fee

 

What if I receive a wrong item?

If the item you received is wrong, please return the item as per procedure. Please make sure that on your dispatch note, you mark return reason as incorrect item. We can only refund the original delivery fee with this information. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

 

Can I use my gift voucher online?

At present, you are only able to use Dorbby gift vouchers at Dorbby stores.

 

What are my payment method choices?   

Dorbby offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment may be, you can rest assured that Dorbby’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times.

You may use Internet Banking, Gift Card, Cash on Delivery and Wallet to make your purchase.

Dorbby also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards.
