Estimated Delivery Time

Dorbby processes all orders within 2-3 business dayswhereasin case of bulk requests; shipments might get delayed by a couple of days. We request our customers to allow us the travel time for safe and secure delivery. However, we always stay connected with you via email or phone in the events of critical shipments of your requests.

Shipping Charges

Please note that the shipping charges will be displayed to you at the time of checkout of your order. All the charges of shipping are calculated via our standard charts and norms.

Shipment Modes and Estimated delivery time

Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

Single Day Delivery: Overnight (Applicable if delivery address is under our preferred location)

Shipment charges – Depends on your selected mode of Shipment

Delivery confirmation & Shipment tracking

Once you place an order with Dorbby, aShipment Confirmation email and message on your registered email id and phone number is dispatched containing your order tracking number(s). The tracking number of your order gets active within 24 hours window.

Damages

Although Dorbby is very particular about safety of the shipping products but in the event shall you receive your order damaged then feels free to contact us on the same. Our support staff will be glad to resolve your issue anytime.

Please note that if you wish to claim for the damaged product then we request our customers to keep the necessary documents like bills and receipts safely with you for smooth processing of your claim.
